1. Introduction

Welcome to Sol Tropical Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.soltropical.com.do and our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Sol Tropical Tours.
  • “Client” refers to the individual using the Company’s services.
  • “Services” refers to the travel and tour services provided by the Company.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. A booking is considered confirmed only when the full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the Client.
  • Payment Terms: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods as specified on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
    • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a [processing fee].
    • 30-15 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Clients will receive a full refund or may opt for an alternative tour.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges may apply.

6. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and other unforeseen events.

7. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tours. The Company is not liable for any medical conditions that may arise during the tour.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Client shall be limited to the amount paid for the tour. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and governmental restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Company’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without the Company’s express written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

The Company’s collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Altagracia

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Clients are advised to review these terms periodically.
